Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet the defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, marketing, development, and operations) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, milestones, and risks, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and identifying potential issues or roadblocks early on.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, senior management, and clients, providing transparency on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring the project stays on track.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and supporting team members in achieving project goals.
• Ensure quality control and that project deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
• Lead post-project evaluations to assess successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management process, implementing best practices and refining project workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
