Job Summary: The Lead Women Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and administrative oversight to the young women, mostly of African descents of Foursquare Gospel Church in London. This role involves preaching, teaching, counselling, and mentoring the young women in the congregation, as well as leading women’s ministry programs and events., * Preaching and Teaching: Deliver sermons and Bible studies that are relevant, inspiring, and biblically sound, with a focus on issues pertinent to women.

Pastoral Care: Provide counselling, support, and spiritual guidance to women in the congregation, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all women’s ministry activities, including retreats, conferences, and small group studies.

Mentorship: Develop and implement mentorship programs to support the spiritual growth and development of women in the church.

Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local organizations and community groups to extend the church’s outreach and support to women in the broader community.
