The eNurse Lead role will be the clinical nurse lead in the implementation of digital programmes within SLaM. This will encompass the engagement of clinical staff in capturing requirements, clinical flows and the provision of professional advice to the implementation teams enabling the use of digital technology to be embedded into clinical practice.
The post holder will work closely with clinical teams to promote the uptake of digital technology and clinical adoption across the Trust and direct project teams as required in identifying, evaluating and coordinating developments with associated clinical digital systems and devices. This will include validating clinical content, liaison with appropriate Trust Clinical Groups and Services and the planning the utilisation of the collected data to transform clinical safety and effectiveness within the Trust.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about how technology can be used in healthcare to improve outcomes, has an understanding of digital healthcare and can provide clinical leadership to enable a successful project outcome.
