Your new role
This role is part-time: 3 days a week. As the receptionist, you will be expected to:
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Sort incoming and outgoing post.
- Manage stationary orders and liaise with vendors.
- General office administration (couriers, lunch and hotel bookings).
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience operating a busy switchboard.
- Polite, professional and friendly phone manner.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint).
- Certificate in First Aid or Fire Warden (Desirable).
- Experience ordering stationary and other office supplies.
