A global professional services firm are looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) professional who is experienced in client-facing/consultancy. This person will be involved in large-scale IAM transformations and strategy creation and implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to take on complex IAM projects and have a passion for finding creative solutions.
Responsibilities of an IAM manager:
- Manage workstreams on complex IAM implementation and transformations.
- Scope and lead IAM projects end to end.
- Reviewing clients' IAM controls and creating remediation plans.
- Support wider IAM and Cyber team on projects where SME is needed.
- Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting the continuous development of the team.
Requirements of an IAM Manager:
- Proven experience working within a client-facing environment, e.g. Professional Services.
- Experience defining IAM controls and processes.
- Experience with Sailpoint or CyberArk is a big plus.
- Experience with both delivery and business development activities.
- Strong broad knowledge across IAM domains with an expertise area such as, enterprise identity, customer IAM, Access Management, or privileged access management.
- Understanding of broader Information security principles.
- Experience leading small teams and mentoring is helpful.
