In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor throughout the project delivery lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span across multiple projects, requiring you to adapt swiftly to new challenges and work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and project success. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing digital strategies, offering expert consultancy to clients, and driving the continuous improvement of both software and consultancy services.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing expert guidance as a Digital Delivery Manager
  • Collaborate on developing essential BIM documentation including Strategies, Employer’s Information Requirements, Asset Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans
  • Step into various project leadership roles as needed – serving as BIM Information Manager, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, and when required, Operations & Maintenance Project Manager or general Project Manager
  • Liaise proactively with clients by defining BIM requirements and framing management strategies for design, construction, and operational phases
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to the company’s Standards, Methods & Procedures (SMP’s) in tandem with internal Contracts leadership
  • Drive the implementation, training, and ongoing support of the firm’s flagship digital product
  • Partner with Directors and the Software Development Team to refine the gliderbim® roadmap and enhance consultancy services
  • Mentor and train new and junior team members as the practice grows, ensuring technical excellence and smooth onboarding
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and events, maintaining and expanding professional relationships
  • Occasionally support sales teams by addressing technical inquiries and resolving intricate customer issues in collaboration with support staff

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with team members and clients
  • Proven organisational prowess, strong time-management, and people management capabilities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, a data-driven approach, and a strong work ethic
  • High proficiency in IT and digital tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Solid background in the AEC industry (Architecture, MEP, Structural, or similar)
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit with additional understanding of construction and services practices

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as PAS1192, BS1192, ISO 19650, and CIC BIM protocols
  • Experience with IFC and other common data exchange formats, alongside model authoring software
  • Knowledge of common data environments enhances your ability to streamline information management
