Location: company office is located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire (this will be a remote position covering Northern England)
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum basic + company bonus (dependent on company and personal performance)
Benefits: 22 days holiday per year, building up to 25 days plus bank holidays, NEST pension and company bonus – dependent on company and individual performance. You will also get a company car or car allowance.

Job Duties:
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Driving sales activities by regularly visiting current and potential clients to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and tailor your solutions accordingly
- Proactively developing new leads - engaging in cold calling and following up on leads provided by the sales and marketing team
- Spending around 25% of your time visiting clients within the region
- Representing the company at UK-based trade shows and conferences
- Working closely with internal departments to create proposals and manage client opportunities through CRM
What we are looking for:
- Degree or experience in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Proven track record in field sales and technical sales
- Understanding of Manufacturing, Engineering or related sectors
- Skills in managing and growing customer accounts
- Experience with cold calling and lead follow-up
- Proficient with CRM systems and general computer use
- Valid and clean UK Driving licence
