A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing Independent Connections Provider (ICP) specialising in the delivery of turnkey LV and HV connections. This role will suit a driven individual with a solid background in electrical utilities who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of new electrical connections projects across residential, commercial and industrial developments.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and risks, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and operational teams, subcontractors, and DNOs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support regulatory compliance across projects, contributing to the maintenance of industry accreditations such as NERS where necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing projects in the electrical utilities or ICP environment.
  • Knowledge of contestable works, DNO processes and relevant industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Electrical or engineering qualifications, with a solid grasp of HV/LV design and construction principles.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with NERS accreditation and its application in project delivery.
  • Prince2, APM or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working within an independent connections business or directly with a DNO.
