Morson Talent is delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit several experienced Redress Support Analysts for an important 6-month project, with strong potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your remediation and redress expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be contributing to meaningful work, supporting the fair and efficient resolution of financial claims as part of a wider remediation programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Support various stages in the lifecycle of redress claims, from eligibility assessment through to investigation and resolution.
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations to support accurate decision-making.
- Analyse and interpret case data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes.
- Provide clear and well-documented insights via written reports and verbal updates.
- Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Utilise your Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, including SharePoint, to manage and analyse complex datasets.
- Proven experience working in a remediation or redress-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience working in fast-paced project or remediation environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
