We are looking for a visionary Chief People Officer to join our executive team and lead the people strategy for a thriving international hospitality brand. Based in the Med, this is a rare opportunity to take your HR leadership global—while living in a stunning destination.

As CPO, you’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic, high-performance culture across all our properties, helping shape the future of hospitality. From talent acquisition and retention to employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations—this role puts you at the heart of our growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the CEO to build and deliver a people-first strategy aligned with business goals
  • Oversee international recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
  • Champion a culture of engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance
  • Lead L&D, succession planning, and the development of training academies
  • Design and optimise compensation, benefits, and reward programmes
  • Ensure HR operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned across all locations

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience—hospitality / hotel industry experience is a must
  • A proven track record in building people strategies that scale with growth
  • Strong knowledge of international labour law, DEI, and employee wellbeing
  • Emotional intelligence, gravitas, and a collaborative leadership style
  • Experience managing HR across multiple sites or international regions
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/CIPD/SHRM a plus)
