We are looking for a Refrigeration Administrator to support our team, working with one of our major UK supermarket clients.
You’ll assist the refrigeration management team in coordinating engineer workloads and ensuring timely service delivery. You’ll also work with the helpdesk to ensure jobs are allocated to the right engineers, meeting key SLAs. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and systems to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the refrigeration management team in overseeing the day-to-day scheduling and workload of refrigeration engineers.
- Ensure engineers are appropriately allocated to jobs based on skills, location, and availability.
- Monitor and maintain effective service delivery in line with business requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between engineers and the helpdesk to facilitate clear communication and job updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the document management system.
- Ensure that all service reports, job sheets, and compliance documents are correctly logged.
- Support the refrigeration team with general administrative tasks as required.

- Basic understanding of refrigeration systems to support effective job allocation and communication.
