Hey there, it’s the Flipper Technologies team! We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an amazing community that brings together millions of people around the world. We’re currently working on a new product — a productivity app called Busy App. It will be available on mobile (iOS + Android), wearable devices (watchOS + WearOS), and desktop (Windows + macOS). We’re looking for an iOS developer to join our team and take part in building and evolving applications for iOS, watchOS, and macOS.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications for iOS, macOS, and watchOS
- Researching and exploring platform APIs related to productivity and focus features
- Maintaining the public repository: monitoring issues, reviewing pull requests, and engaging with the community
- Implementing seamless communication between the app and devices via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
- Supporting the professional growth and skill development of less experienced team members
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in iOS development
- Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency
- Strong skills in task planning and timely delivery
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in external communication or contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi Zeroconf
- Deep understanding of iOS platform specifics and ongoing tracking of platform updates
- Familiarity with development for watchOS and macOS
- Practical use of ScreenTime API
- Proficiency in WidgetKit and ActivityKit
