We are currently seeking a Workshop Operative for our client based in Reading.
This is an ongoing, temporary position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company.
Details:
- Shift: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 3pm - 12midnight / 1am (with a 1-hour unpaid break)
- Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour + £19.13 per hour overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, prepare, and build wooden products to the highest standards.
- Operate various machines and tools to cut, prepare, and assemble components.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning work areas, machines, and equipment.
