We are recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager at our CQC registered service King\'s Norton, Birmingham. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week.
Your responsibilities include 15 office hours for staff management tasks, such as creating rotas and mentoring Support Workers, and 20 hours of direct support as a Waking Night Support Worker. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals. Here we support 8 people who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs and learning disabilities.
