We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill. HMP Grendon is a Category B training prison, while HMP Springhill is a Category D open prison, and they are jointly managed and maintained by the same facilities team. We are looking for a Painter Decorator with a combination of:
- A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and decorating or equivalent (or significant experience/time served in a similar role)
- Experience working in a maintenance team
- An honest and reliable character, who can approach their work with a sense of purpose and pace
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
