We are seeking temporary staff to assist our client during a busy conference. Multiple roles are available, each supporting different aspects of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming delegates at the entrance and managing queues.
  • Guiding attendees to various sessions.
  • Printing and distributing badges for delegates, staff, and speakers.
  • Assisting speakers with directions and logistics.
  • Serving as a point of contact to address attendee's queries.
