Junior Field Sales Rep £30,000 + Bonus OTE £49,000 Car Allowance or Company Car Monday to Friday Field Based role – West London area We are looking for an Junior Field Sales Rep to join our market leading client within the FMCG industry. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic sales professionals who are ready to build their career within Field Sales. Role: * Develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts – 80% growth from existing customers and 20% new business. * Visit existing customers and work with them to grow sales. * Share territory business plan with the Sales Manager detailing performance to date and forward actions * Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within an agreed time. * Continual improvement of product knowledge. * Present samples to customers. * Deliver launch days for new customers. * Follow company processes * Work towards set targets and KPI\’s What we are looking for: * Passion for food * Great communication skills * Results orientated * Previous field sales experience * Problem solver * Drive and Enthusiasm
