We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long term contract basis, for reactive works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties. You will be the go to emergency call out plumber on reactive works to cover ideally live between Oxford and Reading, as you will be required to cover areas from Bristol up to Surrey.

Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, replacing door handles and fixings, plastering and carpentry.
- Drive to job sites as required on emergency sites, maintaining a valid driving license.

Requirements:
- Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- PDA device experience or inputting similar job information onto similar software/devices.
- Must have own set of tools.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours - 8am - 4pm
- Covering all Reactive emergency call outs for the company - from Bristol up to Surrey.
