You are a scientist who has committed your career to scientific writing and communications. You can communicate complex ideas extrapolated from even more complex data to a wide variety of audiences including your stakeholders (internal and external), board members, potential investors, and the public. You can communicate these ideas in many ways (conference posters, scientific papers, investor decks, social media posts, articles).

We are working with a revolutionary polymer nanoparticle for gene therapy drug delivery biotech looking to hire a Scientific Communications Manager. Their nanoparticles have a proven capability to cross the blood-brain barrier, target specific cell types, and release genetic payloads intracellularly.

You will report directly into the CBO and have a real impact on the biotech’s communication strategy. You will work with world-class scientists, translating their discoveries into digestible information for people of all backgrounds. Communication is key to attracting investment and compelling stakeholders: your work will have a direct impact on the biotech’s ability to push their nano-therapies from concept through the clinic to help patients suffering from unmet need.
