About The Team & Role
As part of the Human Resources department, the Recruitment Team delivers an invaluable and efficient recruitment service across the County Council and its partner organisations. Youâll help make a difference as a Recruitment Administrator, by taking responsibility for delivering an effective and successful recruitment service to your stakeholders and hiring managers. We need you to provide support in posting job adverts, booking interviews, short-listing candidates and processing job offers. Youâll provide customer support to your stakeholders, offering advice and updates on procedure and process, making a valuable contribution to bringing in new talent to the organisation.
About You
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Have you previously worked in recruitment? Then this could be the job for you. We are looking for someone with experience of recruitment systems and processes, who can deliver a high level of customer service to managers and candidates. A well organised individual, with attention to detail, who loves working with managers and candidates to deliver excellent customer service. You will also have the confidence and communication skills necessary to give advice to managers and deal with recruitment related enquiries. Enjoy working closely with your colleagues but will take ownership of your work and be capable of working independently. You will need to be comfortable working with different systems (i.e. e-recruitment systems, databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office) and be competent in navigating these effectively. We use SAP Success Factors, knowledge of this would be advantageous but isnât essential as you will receive full training. You'd spend the first week in the office training but thereafter we work on an agile basis.
About Us
We can offer flexibility around our core service-delivery hours, and a hybrid working model with some home-based days. Currently we work in the office 1 day a week which may increase to 2 days (pro-rata) but the rest is from home. If you prefer to work in the office more days, we can support this too.
