Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our marketing efforts for a dedicated market or product group category. In this role, you will craft and execute innovative marketing strategies, plans, and tactics to drive demand and achieve our business goals. You will optimize all marketing and communication channels to deliver impactful programs, including business launches, always on nurture campaigns, and retention marketing. By collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that our key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and that we achieve a strong return on investment (ROI) for our marketing spend.

- Salary: £67,708 - £72,000 dependent on experience plus a 10% annual bonus

You will be part of an energetic and innovative environment with more than 50 different nationalities at our state-of-the-art EMEA HQ at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
What we ask:
- Define and execute Omni-channel marketing programmes aligned to specific BU and target audience.
- Lead full marketing programme design, activation, and optimisation to include all stages of the customer buying cycle (e.g., contact acquisition, demand creation, customer retention etc.)
- Provide leadership to all marketing initiatives related to assigned category.
- Control category Advertising & Marketing budgets in both the planning and execution process of a campaign; solve problems in the execution of campaigns and maximize the ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry and category marketing best practice and ensure proven methods are applied and tested (Do-Learn Do).
- Coordinate Content Planning, Sales Enablement, Product Groups, and key NSOs (National Sales Organisations) to ensure campaign strategies are fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder team to develop messaging and support in the development of customer value propositions.
- Leverage external SMEs to provide category insight.
- Use analytics to maximise ROI, driving performance marketing in all category areas.
- Define category specific customer journeys to maximise our customers’ experience of the Canon B2B brand.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications stakeholders to optimise delivery and execution.
