Join our dynamic team at a key Canon customer site as a Part-Time Onsite Operative based at Conquest Hospital, St Leonards on Sea. This role is all about ensuring that our fleet of MFDs (Multi-Function Devices) is always ready for action and that our customers are consistently delighted with their experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining Stock Levels: Keep an eagle eye on the consumables to ensure the fleet of MFDs is always stocked and ready to go.
  • Maximizing Uptime: Ensure that devices are always up and running, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Consumables Management: Strictly manage the stock and deliveries to maintain a Just In Time (JIT) ethos.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Services Manager, a team of engineers, and supporting technical teams to provide seamless service.
  • Building Relationships: As the face of Canon, you'll have the chance to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and make a significant impact on operational performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Enjoy the autonomy of your role while providing exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.
