We’re an award-winning TikTok agency that lives and breathes the platform.
We work with some of the most exciting brands on TikTok Shop — and we’re looking for a Live Streaming Producer to help us deliver high-performing, shoppable content that stands out.
Position Overview
As our TikTok Shop Live Streaming Producer, you’ll lead the planning, production, and execution of our TikTok Shop livestreams. But you won’t stop there. You’ll also play a key role in wider video and content productions across the agency — from client campaigns to internal shoots, and everything in between.
You’ll be the driving force behind making sure everything looks slick, sounds sharp, and delivers for our audiences and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of TikTok Shop livestream production — from pre-shoot logistics to post-stream wrap-up.
- Set up and manage multi-cam rigs, lighting, mics, and streaming software (e.g. OBS or similar).
- Direct creators and talent live on set, keeping things smooth and dynamic.
- Assist with other video shoots — from branded TikToks to content series and internal assets.
- Pre-production management: Book necessary kit, create call sheets, coordinate and manage freelance crew, and organise studio spaces to ensure everything is in place before the shoot begins.
- Manage live production: Oversee the schedule, ensuring the shoot stays on track, within budget, and adheres to creative and production briefs.
- Help raise the overall production value of our content — making it feel polished but still TikTok-native.
Skills, Experience, & Characteristics
- Proven experience producing TikTok Shop live video content
- Confident across video/audio production: cameras, lighting, sound and streaming tech.
- Organised, proactive and happy running point on projects from start to finish.
- Have worked in an agency or with fast-turnaround content before.
- Ideally based in or near London, with flexibility to travel
- Expert knowledge of TikTok, with a deep understanding of platform trends and successful content.
- Strong directing skills, able to lead shoots and get the best out of talent.
- Comfortable across camera ops, lighting, sound, and live streaming setups.
- Strong creative problem-solver with a calm, organised approach under pressure.
- Highly organised, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and workflows effortlessly.
The deal:
- 3-month full time contract (with potential to extend)
- Hybrid role based in London — some studio time required, and occasionally into the evening
- Immediate start preferred
