Are you a highly skilled and experienced Nuclear Technologist looking for a locum role in a prestigious NHS Trust? We are looking for skilled and experienced Nuclear Technologist to join the team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to provide the best cancer care within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- The post holder will be responsible for the timely, efficient and courteous provision of Nuclear Medicine and PET services.
- The post-holder will liaise with a variety of staff throughout the Trust, including wards and theatres and with those from other NHS trusts.
- The key working relationships in the department will be with the imaging, medical, clerical and nursing staff.
- The post holder will have considerable patient contact, including contact with the terminally ill. Patient presentation will include the unconscious, incapacitated, confused and those with physical and mental disabilities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree (or post graduate qualification) in Nuclear Medicine
- Evidence of clinical experience
- Evidence of professional development
- Post graduate experience in Nuclear medicine
- Previous PET / CT experience
- HCPC registration
