Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a successful Multisite Leisure business in search of a strategic CFO to lead the business through a near-term exit.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that maximise value ahead of the transaction. As CFO, you will take the lead in refining financial reporting systems, ensuring compliance, and conducting detailed financial analysis to identify critical opportunities for growth and optimisation.

Additionally, you will manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and potential buyers, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the exit process.
