About the role
We’re looking for individuals to join our Cleaning team covering all areas within St James Park. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stadium is a clean and welcoming environment. You will have an allocated area within the stadium to carry out your cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
Duties include but are not exhausted:
- Removal of heavy and large rubbish bags
- Using heavy duty mops covering large uneven external floors
- Heavy lifting of cleaning equipment
- Cleaning toilets and communal areas
Your impact
You will have skills and experience in covering large site areas whilst dealing and moving heavy machinery. You will be an approachable individual, with strong communication skills and deliver high levels of customer service. You will need to be able to work well with minimal supervision and manage your time effectively to ensure your cleaning duties are fulfilled. This is a manual role and you must enjoy working outside.
