You’ll be talking to customers over the phone when they first join us, guiding them through the process of getting their products and services connected, helping with any initial queries around in-home setup or their first bill.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you’re naturally helpful, calm and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
