We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Manager to join our team and drive excellence in risk management across major projects. The successful candidate will apply risk management principles to support project management teams in the successful delivery of projects in sectors such as Rail and Highways. The Risk Manager will be responsible for preparing and updating project-specific Risk Management Plans, maintaining risk registers, leading risk reviews, and providing risk input to reports and workshops. The role involves regular engagement with design, construction, and project management teams to identify, assess, and manage risks proactively. The Risk Manager will also facilitate risk identification workshops, conduct quantitative risk assessments (QRAs), and produce risk reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantitative risk assessment and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of risk management processes and tools.
