A fast-growing Insurance MGA is looking to hire a Head of Employment Legal for the U.K., managing all aspects of the Employment Law function. This role would report directly to the Group General Counsel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating terms for new hires and handling employment tribunal/disciplinary matters.
  • Advising on day-to-day employment matters including restrictive covenants, settlement agreements and liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Running the people operations side and working closely with counterparts in other jurisdictions on developing the employment strategy for the business.

Very attractive salary and package on offer, including hybrid/remote working to suit. My client is one of the fastest-growing MGAs in the market today, with plans to grow even further in 2025.
