The Role
As Senior Production Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-profile, large-scale events from concept to execution, working closely with the Production Director, creative studio, producers, and wider production teams. You’ll be hands-on in shaping innovative, boundary-pushing experiences that meet both creative and commercial objectives. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Managing complex, multi-layered event production across global markets
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Overseeing on-site delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from build to de-rig
- Leading supplier negotiations and contract management
- Ensuring all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget
- Driving technical excellence, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Managing health & safety compliance and best practices
