Are you an experienced professional in the energy sector looking to make a real impact in carbon reduction and sustainability? Or a graduate with exposure in the industry? We’re looking for a driven Consultant to join our growing team in Brighouse, working at the cutting edge of energy modelling, data analysis, and net-zero strategy development.

After the first few months, this role will be more hybrid, but primarily office based to start.

Your Role

  • As an Energy & Carbon Consultant, you will support clients in delivering sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective energy solutions through:
  • Developing and delivering energy models using tools such as SYSTAD or similar systems
  • Creating and interpreting reporting tools for energy and carbon performance
  • Supporting energy audits, carbon reduction plans, and compliance reporting (SECR, ESOS, Net Zero)
  • Collaborating on the design and implementation of data-led sustainability strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the energy or sustainability sector
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, modelling, and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or bespoke tools)
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets and communicating insights to clients
  • Passion for driving change in carbon reduction and energy efficiency

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SYSTAD or similar energy modelling software
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting frameworks and energy legislation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Consulting experience is a strong advantage
