Dynamics CRM / CE Developer | Central Government | SC-Cleared | 6 months | London, on site | £500 - £600 a day inside IR35
Pigment Consulting is a bold, digitally-enabled transformation consultancy delivering impactful change across Central Government & Defence. We’re growing our expert Scrum team and are seeking two talented Developers with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to deliver smart, scalable customer contact solutions for a high-profile public service implementation.
This role will involve configuring and extending Dynamics CRM, adapting customer requests into efficient functionality while thinking creatively to deliver value through the platform. Please note that due to the urgency and sensitivity of our program, our Developers must be actively SC Cleared.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customise Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform elements.
- Develop CRM components such as plugins, Power Automate flows and custom integrations.
- Work with the functional designer to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Think creatively — identify ways to solve complex problems using native and extended CRM capabilities.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to solution design discussions.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) configuration and development.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical design/config.
- Experience with Power Platform, JavaScript, C#, Azure Functions, or APIs is desirable.
- Agile delivery background and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
