Geographic Coverage We are currently recruiting surveyors nationwide across all areas of the country, with a particular need in across the South Coast (Southampton and surrounding areas). Successful candidates will normally be assigned to surveys within a 2-2.5 hour radius of their home location. About the Role ✳️ Managing your own workload of Property Insurance/Perils risk surveys. ✳️ Working primarily from home, traveling directly to client sites. ✳️ Managing and updating online portals to ensure information is recorded safely, promptly, and correctly. ✳️ Production of reports through online systems. ✳️ Carrying out safe and correct property surveys, efficiently and accurately. ✳️ Being a part of the surveying team in delivering a high-quality service. ✳️ Ensuring that workloads are handled in a professional and timely manner. ✳️ Building, maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. ✳️ Monthly travel to company HQ in Surrey for team integration and meetings. Responsibilities of the Role ❇️ Working both independently and with other surveyors/admin team. ❇️ File and data management. ❇️ Managing travel requirements. ❇️ Diary management. ❇️ Carrying out tasks with skill, care, and diligence, in accordance with expected market and company standards. ❇️ Liaison with stakeholders.
