M&A/ECM Lawyer 2-4 PQE

Montresor Legal is engaged on an associate appointment with a corporate M&A practice of a leading Silver Circle law firm in London.

Points to note:

• Known to be a positive and highly collaborative environment with a track record of producing superb lawyers.
• Longstanding relationships covering public and private M&A, joint ventures and complex reorganisations and has advised on matters in a number of different industry sectors.
• Excellent senior bench with demonstrable track record of associates being made up to partner.
• Very well supported by excellent support teams in reg, disputes, competition etc.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 PQE with relevant private M&A (and ideally ECM) deal exposure in a leading London firm, or international practice of equivalent standing (E&W, Commonwealth or Irish qualified).
• Outstanding academics and ideally few moves on CV.
• Intellectually curious, ambitious and keen to work in a collaborative team.
