Currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a global Law Firm. This role involves working on a key transformation programme, requiring collaboration across the business. This role will suit someone with a strong background in Business Process Analysis/ Business Analysis and a proactive approach to driving business improvements.
Role Overview:
- Analyse workflows, map requirements, and present data.
- Support business transformation through data analysis and process mapping.
- Work on both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and requirements mapping.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Deliver actionable insights and reports.
- Support the design of technical and process solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Manage project governance and processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis, particularly in change and transformation.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear visuals.
- Experience in project and change management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially Europe.
