Concrete4Change (C4C) is a R&D company that is developing a ground-breaking technology to utilise and permanently mineralise CO2 in concrete. The company is partly owned by two of the largest concrete manufacturers in the world, Siam Cement Group ($17 billion turnover) and Goldbeck GmbH (€7 billion turnover).

Job description:

As an entrepreneur, you have an entrepreneurial mindset to oversee and manage the efficiency of our R&D team and activities. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of £20m activities including

• day-to-day activity management
• Team projects management
• Business management

Essential:

• Minimum M.Sc degree in entrepreneurship
• Self-starter, able to design, implement and own systems.

Desirable:

• Former founders
• Startup experience
• Fundraising experience
