We have an exciting opportunity for an International Claims Executive to join our team at William Russell. The role involves working as part of a team to combine passion, expertise and capability to deliver a high quality, personalised service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customers' Health and Protection claims
  • Proactively contacting members
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Loading and processing claims and payments
  • Providing assistance and pre-authorisation
  • Communicating coverage

Our claims team operates from 6 am to 6 pm on shift patterns from Monday to Friday, so you must be available for varying shifts between these times.

About you: You have all-round excellent customer service skills, are compassionate and have integrity. You are able to prioritise and work well under pressure. You are a good team player who can also work independently, and you build strong local and remote relationships.

Your experience: You will ideally be working within an Insurance or Financial Services environment and must have previous claims handling and administration/data input experience.
