The Role:

As the Technical Director, you will lead a cross-functional team of 10 (Engineering, R&D, IT, QHSE, and QA), collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Operations Director, the Commercial Director, the HR Manager, and the UK Managing Director.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and executing complex technical projects—delivering on quality, deadlines, and budgets.
• Managing full project lifecycles from design to execution.
• Monitoring and optimising project performance with risk mitigation.
• Leading R&D to enhance and innovate the product range.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to key clients, delivering tailored strategic solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• BSc (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years’ of senior-level technical/design leadership
• A track record of leading high-performing technical teams and delivering complex projects
• Deep technical knowledge and the ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• HVAC or closely related manufacturing sector experience is preferred
