An MRICS General Practice Surveyor is required to join a national real estate consultancy in its Manchester office. The role will principally involve a broad range of agency and commercial valuation and may include other client instructions such as lease consultancy and property management.
The ideal candidate will be a ‘good all-round’ General Practice Surveyor, with some background in Commercial Valuation (Registered Valuer) as well as some experience of commercial agency and professional consultancy.
Duties & Responsibilities include a variation of the following:
- A range of Commercial Valuation work
- Commercial Property Agency – lettings, acquisitions, disposals for clients
- Any other professional experience would be advantageous such as Rating and Lease Consultancy
Required Skills & Experience
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join and establish themselves within a highly successful and expanding national practice. The successful candidate will be circa 2 years MRICS Qualified.
- Commercial Valuation – Registered Valuer
- Experience of Commercial Property Agency – Office / Industrial / Retail ideal
- A high degree of IT literacy is essential.
- Excellent client interfacing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Driving licence essential
- Previous experience within the sector, either consultancy or client-side
- Ability to work on their own initiative and work unsupervised.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
