The One Group are pleased to be working with a leading provider of Gears and Gearboxes to a range of sectors in Hertfordshire who are seeking a CMM Programmer on a day shift to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be joining a growing business and are seeking a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills to assist with product quality improvement activities, compliance with customer specs and improving efficiencies of procedures in SOP’s in compliance to AS9100 standards.
The day to day duties include:
- Inspect machined components
- Create FAIR reports
- First off and final inspection
- Identify opportunities for improvements in the business management systems
What we are looking for:
- Quality Inspector experience across Automotive, Aerospace and Medical device industries
- CMM Programming and operation
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100
- The ability to read engineers drawings
