International Adjuster

Job Title: International Adjuster

Location: London – further travel required

Salary: Up to £110k, depending on experience

My client is seeking an experienced International Adjuster to join their dynamic and growing international team based out of their London Office. You will be responsible for handling a broad portfolio of claims and generating business from the London and other Reinsurance markets.

Experience required:

• Strong technical ability within particular specialist lines, and demonstrate a focus on quality, communication, technical and organisational skills.
• Be able to show a known market following, particularly within the London and related reinsurance markets.
• CILA qualified preferred with other industry qualifications being a distinct advantage.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed reports.
• Experience dealing with international clients

Responsibilities:

• Direct loss adjusting on a home & foreign basis
• Meeting set revenue targets
• Supporting the London International team through assignments and mentoring
• Specialist lines business development through your own client base
• Business development alongside the London International teams
• Undertaking projects and other ad hoc work as required
