Home Instead is one of the world's leading providers of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, our Care Professionals are matched with Clients who have similar interests to make visits enjoyable for both.
We are seeking individuals who have a kind and compassionate heart and who are ready to complete our FREE award-winning training to provide the best in-home care to vulnerable adults around our local area.
As a Home Care Assistant, we will offer you:
- Free award-winning, industry-leading training and competitive rates of pay
- Wages starting from £12 per hour
- Refer a friend bonus - earn when you refer a friend (Unlimited)
- Paid travel time and mileage
- Matching you to clients based on similar interests and hobbies
- Minimum visits of one hour to complete tasks and get to know your client
- A variety of shifts are available.
Duties will include:
- Home Help & Light Housekeeping: Help Clients Maintain Their Independence by Assisting Them With Household Chores
- Personal Care: Help Your Client Get With Mobility or to Get Ready to Start or Finish Their Day, Assistance with Bathing, etc.
- Companionship: Keep Your Client Company or Take Trips Around The Local Area That You Will Both Enjoy.
- Other Support: From Medication Reminders, Help with Shopping and Other Support
