Boutique hedge fund is hiring for an Executive Assistant who would love to work at a hedge fund that is going through a growth phase. The assistant will support the founder, Co-founder and Head of Investor Relations coupled with ad-hoc office management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Oversee and coordinate complex calendars for the Directors ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of appointments.
- Meeting Organisation: Arrange and organise meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and various documents.
- Travel Coordination: Manage all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
- Office Management: Assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements:
- A graduate with circa 2 years administration experience but a real desire to work for a hedge fund.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Tech savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
