Required for this global TMC looking after a team of 10 consultants. Ideally hybrid in London or an office close to Leeds but they would consider homebased for the right candidates.
Team leader experience for another TMC is a must, ideally sabre trained.
Business travel team leaders duties:
- The role is to team manage a virtual/office based team of business travel consultants, up to a team of 10 people.
- Maintain a good level of understanding of the conferna, sabre, Evolvi and back end accountancy systems, ensure bookings are processed in line with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all customer SLAs and KPIs are understood and met.
- Manage the day to day operation of the department.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s with team members providing regular feedback and coaching on performance.
Business travel team managers skills required:
- Business travel operations team leader experience is a must.
- Ideally sabre knowledge would be a major plus.
- Ideally able to come into a London office, or office close to Leeds once or twice a week, but will consider remote.
