Our Legal client seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in Morden. The company's aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of their growth and who shares the firm's core values.
Profile:
- You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease.
- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of issues.
- 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development.
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
- Ambition to progress.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Professional but friendly and approachable.
