Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company, who count a number of globally recognisable brands among their client list. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team based in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will possess experience dealing with global brands, selling technology products and services in a consultative manner, both over the telephone and face to face.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £55k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £100K, alongside 25 holidays, car allowance, access to perkbox and more. Hybrid working is also offered, working in the Nottingham-based office 1 day a week.
Roles & Responsibilities- Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients
- Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy
- Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
- Experience within a similar software sales role, preferably dealing with global brands
- Demonstrable track record within corporate sales
- Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets to achieve commission
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
