As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will build your own 360-degree desk and advance rapidly within the company, progressing to roles such as Team Leader, Senior Manager, and even Director. THE ROLE:

  • Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
  • Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
  • Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
  • Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
  • You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2 years of minimum 360° recruitment experience.
  • Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
  • Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • MS Office skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and stamina.
  • Teamwork and international mindset.
