THE ROLE:
- Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process: advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalising the agreement between employer and new recruit.
- Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
- Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
- You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly.
YOUR PROFILE
- 1-2 years of minimum 360° recruitment experience.
- Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
- Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
- MS Office skills.
- High level of self-motivation and stamina.
- Teamwork and international mindset.
