We are recruiting for our client who requires a member of staff for the position of Class 2 Hiab driver.
What does the role involve?
As HGV Driver, you will be working in a safety critical role and be responsible for delivering to a schedule and working to timescales. You will be required to maintain good care of your vehicle, ensure all loads are secured, perform daily safety checks, and keep transport documents and paperwork updated.
The successful candidate will require:
- Valid Class 2 licence
- Hiab (Lorry mounted crane licence)
- Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
- Experience in multi-drop driving for a delivery or distribution company
- A friendly, professional manner and dedicated to great customer service
You will have the opportunity to take PAYE Adv rate (includes holiday pay). The rate of pay will then be £18.49 - £22.97 p/h. This is Ad hoc work.
