About the Role:
This is a fantastic step-up role for someone with experience managing people, suppliers or engineering processes in the food sector. You'll move into a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll lead projects from costing through to completion - supported by a dedicated internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver food industry projects ranging from £2,000 to £5 million
- Liaise directly with clients as the key point of contact, building long-term relationships
- Coordinate labour, materials, risk assessments, method statements, and contractors
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are met across sites
- Monitor budgets and progress to deliver on-time, in-scope and to standard
- Travel to client sites and attend team meetings in Potters Bar (weekly/fortnightly)
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience in the food sector - e.g. engineering, site management, hygiene management, health and safety etc
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- A good understanding of project workflows, people coordination, and basic budgeting
- Awareness of health and safety compliance on active sites
- A proactive communicator who enjoys taking ownership
- Willing to travel and comfortable with a remote-first setup
- Full UK driving licence
