Referment have partnered with one of the leading Consultancies globally, to find a Junior Business Analyst to join their Capital Markets division. As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll be embedded into client projects, working alongside industry experts to solve real-world challenges. You’ll gather requirements, map processes, support change initiatives, and help deliver high-impact solutions to top-tier investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting client projects across front, middle, and back office functions
- Conducting data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Documenting business requirements and functional specs
- Helping to deliver change initiatives from concept to completion
- Working in Agile or hybrid project environments
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience working in financial services (e.g., banking, asset management, trading, operations)
